Imaging and classification across spectral methods

On a large-scale microscopy program, we developed algorithms that combine multispectral, hyperspectral, fluorescence and polarisation imaging to identify and classify samples with high accuracy, returning similarity indexes against reference data, with outputs that operators can edit and that move easily between sites.
