Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer at Industrial Edge Engineering, you will be responsible for contributing to the industrialization of high-tech projects for our European clients in the semiconductor industry.

Your daily tasks will include participating in progress meetings, planning meetings, collaborating with multicultural professional groups, and engaging in mentoring sessions with our team.

Furthermore, you will apply project management tools, industrialization tools, and methods to write work instruction manuals for the construction of high-tech products.

How you will contribute

  • Review and extract guidelines and specifications from technical documents
  • Responsible for producing, maintaining, and delivering work instructions based on technical documents
  • Responsible for creating knowledge transfer documents
  • Participate in equipment change processes, identify safety hazards, and analyze the impact on your deliverables 
  • Take action to resolve unexpected technical issues during the development of the client’s product 
  • Plan and prioritize deliverables, create progress reports
  • Visit the client’s premises to support integration actions
  • Develop the sequence of work instructions execution
  • Review and contribute in machine diagnostics work instructions creation 
  • Participate and organize alignment and planning meetings

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or STEM sciences is required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Experience in the industrialization of high-tech products is an advantage
  • Having knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile, is an advantage.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills in English
