Information Security Policy
The main objective of IEE Information Security Policy is to create a basis for the continuous improvement of process efficiency and information security, aiming at continuously meeting the needs and expectations of its clients to their full extent.
IEE Management consistently endorses and implements Information Security Management System (ISMS) core principles and rules by establishing objectives for security of information, based on the unreserved and constructive cooperation of both its employees and its contractors.
The basic principles as expressed in the IEE Information Security Management System (ISMS) are:
- Compliance with the laws and regulations related to its activity.
- Identification of the requirements and the resulting needs of interested parties, as expressed in documented information (e.g. contracts, correspondence, etc.).
- Compliance with the requirements of ISO 27001:2022.
- Continuous updating and training of personnel.
- Investigation of non-compliance causes or complaints and definition of preventive / corrective actions.
- Treatment of risks and related business knowledge as opportunities for improvement.
- Protection of its interests and of those who entrust their confidential data to use and handle.
- Ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of all information generated, received and transferred under security projects.
- Maximize the reliability of its information resources.
The principles of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) as well as the objectives for quality / information security are regularly reviewed by the IEE Management in order to adapt to the new needs of (direct and indirect) clients, legislative requirements and to achieve the objective of continuous improvement of IEE operations.
Through continuous reviews of the above, IEE Management is in constant search for identifying both human and infrastructure needs. IEE Management is committed to provide the resources needed to meet needs as they arise and formulated by existing situations to the full of its capabilities. In this direction, IEE Management has appointed the ISMS Manager as its representative for Information Security issues.
All IEE employees have the responsibility to respond, assimilate and implement the processes required by the Information Security Management System (ISMS) throughout their day-to-day activities.
It is the responsibility of IEE Management to ensure that the Information Security Policy is communicated, and is comprehensible and applicable to the entire organization. The ultimate objective is to constantly develop its business activity with firm commitment to the principles and the offering of top-quality services to clients.
In order to ensure the above objectives, Industrial Edge Engineering (IEE) has developed and implemented a Quality Management System, which is designed in accordance with the standards:

· ISO 27001:2022 Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection – Information security controls.
